Saibre installs a local certificate authority on your device so it can inspect your AI traffic. The private key is encrypted with your OS keystore and never transmitted. Only domains on a published allowlist (65+ domains across 20+ apps) are routed through inspection; everything else goes direct. Redaction and detection run entirely on the machine. Inspection failures block rather than leak. This page also documents what Saibre cannot do, including certificate-pinned apps and server-side AI connectors.
