Getting started

Windows. Download the installer from /download and run it. You need administrator rights. SmartScreen will show "Windows protected your PC" — click More info, then Run anyway. The installer is Authenticode-signed; the download page explains why the warning appears anyway.

macOS. Download the PKG that matches your chip — Apple silicon or Intel; check the Apple menu → About This Mac if unsure — and run it. The package is signed and notarized, so there is no security warning.

After install, the background agent starts and protection is on. There is no account requirement on the Free plan.
